Meet Sunny, the Italian Solar Scooter
This three-wheeled electric scooter is powered by solar panels and is being featured this weekend at an eco-vehicle show in Rome, according to Ansa.
A group of five young Italians have been working on “Sunny' since they revealed a prototype in October; the scoot has a top speed of 16 MPH and weighs only 66 pounds, if the report is accurate.
Besides the solar power, other advantages of Sunny include the ability to fold the bike and store it in a small space.
