Wonderful World of Scooters

Honda has announced a good decision related to hybrid motorcycles and their production, which will begin in the upcoming years and hopefully will be available for purchase in 2010. One of the main reasons for this announcement is evident - gas prices - but global warming was also part of the decision.
On top of hybrid scooters in 2010, Honda also plans to sell smaller electric scooters in 2011. While the hybrid motorbikes will feature an engine that can go from 200cc to 1,000cc, the electric ones will use a smaller engine, between 50cc to 125cc.
As for the performance, take note: 30km on one full charge on the electric scooters.
The Wonderful world of scooters, continues to grow in popularity amoung consumers, its expected to outsell motorbikes in China and developing nations by 2010.

Good luck with the hybrids. Scooters are cheap transport, and hybrids are not cheap. Why would you drive a hybrid scooter if you could buy a small car for the same price? This sounds like one of the dumbest ideas EVER out of scooter-ville.
