If you live in Phoenix, need an apartment to rent, and want a free scooter, just head over to the Biltmore Center complex - and do it.

The good idea to offer a scooter for free after renting an apartment, was “created” by the manager of the complex as a way to attract people to his renting business. Taking in consideration there are 25 vacancies and he wants to fill them all, I guess some lucky people will get those free scooters.

What do people need to do in order to receive the scooter? One simple task - sign a lease of 12 to 18 months.

The manager said he expects to give away 30 to 40 scooters this month.

PS - In case you are wondering, the Biltmore Center complex is located “near 24th Street and Camelback Road”.
