It looks like scooter sales are up 66% in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year. The gas prices strike again. Add a little worldwide financial crisis to all that and you have a great recipe for purchasing a scooter.

About five years ago, most of the people were buying motor scooters more as a recreational product to enjoy on the weekend. Most of the people that buy this vehicle buy them as an alternative transportation vehicle.
