X-Treme XB-700Li Power Assisted Electric Bike

X-Treme Scooters have a new model for 2008 that will please the most demanding bike riders, including yourself.
The XB-700Li is powered by a 700 Watt (rear hub) Motor and uses Lightweight Lithium batteries that have a lifespan of 7 to 10 years.
The Electric Scooter is available in 2 colors - Blue and Silver, or Black and Silver - with an estimated price tag of $1,700. One interesting detail is the inclusion of a pedal system that works like a normal bicycle, which means you can ride it on normal bike lanes.
By only using the motor power you can reach 20mph, and thanks to the good battery the X-Treme XB-700Li has a range of 25 to 35 miles with a single charge.
