Electric bikes are being admired world over for their eco-friendly,”green” features. Yamaha Japan just introduced three fresh models to enhance its existing array of electric bikes. The three bikes, the PAS Lithium S, the PAS City-S and the Pass City-F have minor differences in, sizes, colors and weight. 

The bikes utilize their lithium-ion battery to offer a longer travel range. When fully charged, they cover a distance of 39Km in the standard mode, with 21Km in the power mode and 67km in its auto-eco plus mode.

 Yamaha plans to roll out these bikes by February 2009 with similar price tags around $1200 each.
