The Go-Ped Riot 29 can even be taken off-road and used on trails and dirt bike paths for fun and sport. The tiny machine will carry up to 400 pounds, and retails for approximately $995.00. Most urban gas scooters are not legal for sale or use in the state of California due to the state’s strict emissions standards.
