The XM-5000Li is not a “Moped”, in spite of its name. No pedals of any kind.
In CA, mine registered as a “motorcycle” (with a scooter body style).
The 5000Li does NOT have ABS brakes.
The vehicle weight is quite wrong, closer to 350 lbs.
The picture appears to be of a 3500Li.
