The CF Moto E Charm scooter has come out with an EFI model for 2009- this is an Electronic Fuel Injection which allows fuel to be delivered to the engine much faster so you have much quicker throttle response thus better performance. The E Charm certainly is just that plus the larger 16 inch wheels provide a stable, comfortable ride with 4-stroke, liquid cooled 150cc engine.
