Normally, kids would prefer the standard skateboard or kick scooters for fun. However, due to the hazards that come with it, perhaps a safer concept that could ensure parents and guardians of a safer way to have fun may be needed. And thanks to Nicolas Chacana, the stepboard skateboard maybe a “step” in the right direction.

It only has two boards on a frame on three wheels. It is run by pumping the backboard down. The stepboard skateboard even has a break-system installed, gesture-controlled by a hand command just as if it was a mountain-board.

However, similar to skateboards, you may have a hard time navigating it. That is one area that perhaps need improvement but at least it looks to carry a ton load of fun!
