U.S. Customs seizes 1,400 scooters near Texas border
Posted by Scootering USA | Scooter news | Posted on August 28th, 2009

It seems that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection have been hard at work cracking their whip at the Texas border. This time, the agency has managed to seize 1,400 scooter that were being imported by an unnamed Chinese manufacturer.
There was no mention of what make these scooters were but considering they were attempted to be illegally imported by a Chinese manufacturer, we’re going to assume they were knockoffs.

As far as whose these scoots belong the one in pic says CF150T which is CF Moto E Jewel did not look like CF Moto only sticker but it also said there were go carts and since it was Texas and Kinroad is in TX and sells these types and from what I know about Kinroad could be Kinroad
you know they even dig massive tunnels to get in to the usa
The one thing that drives the importation of illegal scoots is the general public who continues to buy something so cheap it could not be a good deal. you get what you pay for and if you buy a scooter from someone with no shop then you get one of these, its illegal to sell a scooter without owning a shop and a labor warranty period in all states, try http://scootertronics.com buy from a real dealer who has a shop and preps your scooter.
