Mahindra Launches Duro and Rodeo Power Scooters

Mahindra has announced that launch of two new gearless scooters, the Rodeo and the Duro, in a bid to capture a larger market share of the growing scooter market. The two new models are powered by a 125cc engine sourced from its technology partner, SYM. With the two new scooters, M&M are creating a new market segment for power scooters in India, offering the comfort and convenience of a scooter coupled with the thrill and power of a motorcycle.
The two scooters are among the cheapest scooters in the market. The Rodeo will retail for Rs 41,299 while the Duro will be priced at Rs 38,299. M&M will have their hand full though as they are going up against the scooter market leader Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India and TVS Motors.

Wow. These Mahindra scooters are really attractive. Activa is good quality scooter but looks are much simpler as compared to Rodeo. Rodeo is not only good quality scooter but also posseses excellent style statement. I personally am not the biggest fan of scooters because I am more of a motorcycle guy. But I love riding and I have driven all kinds of two-wheelers right from the Lunas and scooty’s to Aquilas and Thunderbirds. If anyone wants to buy a scooter, might as well go for a stylish one like Rodeo.

The news that mahindra has taken over kinetic is buzzing all around,
they are coming up with these power scooters, all these other scooters like scooty pepp, nova, aviator looks very feminine,
these scooters are much more powerful and mature in looks,

Well these power scooters sure are attractive,
M&M have set new standards by bringing in new inputs like tachometer, different shades of lights etc,
