Wonderful World of Scooters
A week after announcing that they will be unveiling gearless scooters for women, Yamaha makes another bold announcement that should rock the scooter world. This time however, they are aiming for something bigger as plans of entering the scooter market in India has been revealed.
With a large population and an attractive market potential, Yamaha seems to be deadest in penetrating the scooter market as revealed by Yukimine Tsuji, CEO of India Yamaha Motors. There was no definite time frame on when the first Yamaha automatic scooter would be unveiled but reliable sources say that it should come out within the next two years.

The Wonderful world of scooters, continues to grow in popularity amoung consumers, its expected to outsell motorbikes in China and developing nations by 2010.
