A disabled woman lost her electric scooter in Clackamas Town but eventually got it back, in pieces! And while the recovered scooter was practically in shambles, Theresa Soto still wanted it back maybe for sentimental value reasons. But she was also the lucky recipient of a new donated scooter who has cerebral palsy. The $900 electric scooter was obviously something that helped Soto as far as her mobility is concerned and apparently the new one can support her despite losing the old disassembled one.
