A zero-emission low speed vehicle (LSV) will begin shipping next week where buyers will even get some federal tax credits for the said vehicle. The LSV can carry up to 4 passengers and is another energy efficient vehicle which should be ideal for private and business use. It weighs less than 3,000 lbs. and has a top speed of 20 to 25 MPH. LSVs are allowed in 47 states and the District of Columbia on many roads where the posted speed limit is 35 mph or slower. These Club Car LSVs will carry a MSRP of $8,876 although these may be lowered after the application of tax credits.
