It is indeed amazing how some crazy concepts can make a business popular. Thanks to 61 year old Dennis Anderson, La-Z-Boy is getting some attention, particularly for their La-Z-Boy on wheels. Apparently Anderson was caught by authorities riding around the streets on his modified recliner which was powered by a converted gas-powered lawnmower engine. The motor was connected to a steering wheel while the chair had the works, complete with headlights, roll bars, a stereo and cup holders. The chair could go as fast as 20 MPH.

The chair found its way on eBay and was being auctioned. The last bid reached a whopping $37,100 last Friday.
