A call for help was answered for this college student who is suffering from a muscle disorder. Matthew Green was having difficulty going to school due to his illness. Thanks to the efforts of the school’s property manager, Lester Dallow, a scooter was donated on Green’s behalf. Dallow sought help from a radio station by asking people if they could loan Matthew a scooter until the end of his school term. The response was overwhelming.

Now the 18 year old Green can get to his classes on time thanks to Grant Hetherington of Invacare who loaned him one. Now he can go to school and move around with not much assistance compared to before.
