The Vespa 1+1 Concept Copying the Segway?

Posted by Brian | Electric Scooters, Vespa | Posted on November 24th, 2009

Vespa scooters are known to provide comfortable seating positions but don’t be surprised if they suddenly shift to the way Segway scooters are designed. This is with reference to a new standing position for riders who are from thereon transported by in-wheel electric motors that move in tiny tracks. Along with this innovation for the Vespa 1+1 comes the manner of operating it, starting from a fingerprint sensor to start the scooter and pressure sensors on the handlebars to steer, accelerate and brake. Could this be the image of the future Vespa? Well it would not really be surprising if it does. It can happen!
