GRO Electric Scooter Concept

The GRO Scoot is still a concept scooter and designed for urban scootering. Though classified as a bike so that it would not need a license plate to operate, it can do a mean 30KMH. It lasts 40 to 50 KM on a good charge and is expected to retail for about $2,000.00. Too bad that no one has picked it up from being a concept.
