Peugeot HYbrid3 Evolution Concept Promo

The Peugeot HYbrid3 Evolution was reported here last November. This is the same three-wheeled hybrid scooter powered by a 300cc petrol engine. This is actually a roof-less version of the Hybrid3 set for production in the latter part of 2010.
