Urban Commuter Trike Concept
Posted by Brian | Alternative Energy, Concept | Posted on December 31st, 2009
The Urban Commuter Trike Concept is a new concept bike from Tim Tobola that thrives on solar power. This hybrid bike features solar panels that can be recharged in just 2 hours and will give you 20 to 30 miles of ride time.
If you use up the stored energy, you can always switch to conventional pedal power. The front wheels of the Trike are weight sensitive, allowing the rider to shift directions easily and intuitively.
